Salaam Bharat [ Allahabad ] Foundation Day & Independence Day Celebration

Allahabad Wing of Salaam Bharat celebrated Independence day with under privileged students at Nirmal Raj Convent School in the district. The program started by flag hosting by Principal of the school Smt. Kalpana Sagar, followed by National Anthem.  Students performed various cultural programs which gave a tableau of their talents.

From Salaam Bharat Team Allahabad Shri Akhileshwar Kumar Srivastava - President [Allahabad], Shri Anil Srivastava - Coordinator [Allahabad], Shri A. K. Agarwal, Dr. Anurag Sinha, Smt. Irfana Sinha and Shri Harish Khare discussed about India’s independence and National flag.

They also motivated students towards education. Sweets and stationary was also distributed to the children to support them in their education. Manager of the School Shri B. P. Srivastava ‘Sagar’ appreciated the initiative of Salaam Bharat to support the under privileged students and showed gratitude on behalf of the students.

World Environment Day

Salaam Bharat stepped in association with Govt.of India for upliftment of under priviledged.Salaam Bharat successfully conducted Socio-Economic survey of 41 slums in Etawah district for Rajeev Avaas Yojna, Minstry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India. this survey was organized by Regional Centre for Urban and Environmental Studies, Osmania University, Hyderabad and conducted from 12th December, 2012 to 5th January, 2013 under expert guidance and vigilance of Mr. Alkesh Kumar, District Coordinator [Etawah], Salaam Bharat. The purpose of this survey was to study the social and economic status of people of those villages, to figure out challenges faced by them and to find the solution to provide them a sustainable growth.
